Universal Health Services, Inc. Acquires St. Mary's Mercy Hospital

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Aug. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Universal Health Services, Inc. (NYSE: UHS) today announced that it has purchased St. Mary's Mercy Hospital, a 277 licensed bed, full service hospital located in Enid, Oklahoma.

St. Mary's Mercy Hospital is the leading hospital in Enid and provides comprehensive medical and surgical services including a trauma center and neuroscience services.
