Mr. Alan B. Miller has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of the Trust since its inception in 1986. Mr. Miller has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of UHS since its inception in 1978. Mr. Miller is a past Trustee of the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, a Director of the Philadelphia Regional Performing Arts Center and Chairman Emeritus of the Opera Company of Philadelphia.
